Thank you for choosing our cameras. Please review the updated Terms of Service, Returns, Dispute, and Privacy Policy before purchasing a camera from our shop. We encourage customers to take due diligence in understanding the terms and conditions upon purchasing. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Camera Condition:
a) We specialize in selling second-hand cameras. Each camera undergoes a thorough inspection and testing for a week to ensure its quality before being listed for sale.
b) Most of the cameras and accessories we offer were manufactured between 1950 and 2015, indicating they've had a previous life. We thoroughly assess each camera's functionality a week before sale, but as they are second-hand or vintage, we're not liable for future issues. Please be aware of the inherent risks associated with second-hand or vintage cameras. Additionally, we cannot determine the exact lifespan or usage of the included battery.
c) Our cameras are pre-owned or second-hand and may exhibit wear and cosmetic imperfections unless specifically listed as NOS (New Old Stock). Please keep your expectations realistic.
d) While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our cameras, there may be slight variations between the listed description and the actual product.
e) Please note that the color of the product may appear slightly different due to photography lighting or variations in your phone/computer monitor settings.
2. Order Cancellation and Change of Mind:
a) Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified (change);
b) All types of transactions including Pre-orders, Installment, Reservation, and COD.
3.1 Delivery for Straight Payment/Installments:

*Please note that this option does not include insurance coverage. While we take every effort to pack and ship your item securely, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage during transit under this option. For added protection, we highly recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance coverage.
a) [FREE] FLASH NEXT-DAY DELIVERY (PROMO): With our next-day delivery option, your order will be promptly dispatched the day following your purchase or scheduled shipment or full payment. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 1-2 days for Metro Manila, 2-4 days for Luzon, and 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao.
b) [BUYER EXPENSE] SAME-DAY DELIVERY: For those seeking expedited delivery, we offer a 'rush order' option available from 11 AM to 9 PM only. Same-day delivery only covers Metro Manila and its neighboring provinces, including Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

c) [BUYER EXPENSE] LBC NEXT-DAY DELIVERY: Delivery and declaration (insurance) fees will be shouldered by the buyer and need to be paid after submitting the order form. You may check LBC lead times here.
3.2 Delivery for COD/COP
a) [BUYER EXPENSE] DOOR-TO-DOOR/BRANCH PICK UP: We use LBC Express for secure transactions. The buyer is responsible for covering the delivery and declaration (insurance) fees, which are to be settled upon order form submission in accordance with LBC's policy. Please refer here to LBC's lead times for further details.
3.3 Delivery additional details:
a) Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on the delivery courier's schedule.
b) Once the item is forwarded to the courier, we don't have any control over its contact details of the branch or rider. However, we will make an effort to reach out through their customer support if necessary.
c) For COD/COP, we kindly request that you prepare the exact amount for associated charges upon delivery.
d) Keep your lines open for any communication regarding your shipment;
e) Ensure that your relatives or housemates know you are expecting a delivery, in case you are away from home, to avoid delivery delays or complications.
4. Delay/Loss/Damage:
a) BPYFND shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage arising from the courier, acts of God, force majeure, government authority, or the buyer's breach of this contract.
b) We're not liable for improper handling, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or customer modifications.
c) We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine whether a defect is covered under the policy or falls outside its scope.
5. Returns/Dispute:
We do not accept refunds. All disputes must be submitted within two (2) days from the received date. Claims submitted after this period will be denied or voided. Please read our full returns and dispute policy below.
6. Installment and DP Reservation:
a) *For our installment option, we provide both weekly and customized plans. You can pay over up to 4 weeks with 0% interest, or tailor your payment schedule within that 4-week period (for example: every 15th and 30th).
b) Downpayment Reservation is deductible and not refundable.
c) The remaining balance must be cleared within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the transaction will be voided and not refundable.
d) The order will be shipped out once fully paid to avoid fraudulent transactions.
e) Installment options do not apply to student discounts and Cash on Delivery (COD).

9. Scope:
All buyers from Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Carousell, and other platforms are subject to the following policy.
Here at BPYFND Shop we test and restore each and every camera that’s sold. However, with the nature of vintage electrical items, sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control. We will accept any returns for incorrect or faulty items within 2 days of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your order, please familiarize yourself with our return policy below:
1. Incorrect or Defective Items (Unexpected Issues):
a) Returns are permitted solely for items received incorrectly or found to be defective (on the first day of receiving the item).
b) If the reported unexpected issue is confirmed as defective, repair and delivery expenses will be covered;
c) In cases where the item is deemed irreparable, a refund will be issued.
d) Customer's improper handling, accidents, neglect on the first day is is not covered.
e) We only accept returns for first-day defect if you only have unboxing video.
2. Inspect Your Order: We encourage you to inspect, video your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you discover any issues or incorrect items. This prompt communication allows us to assess the issue promptly and rectify it for you.
3. Providing Information: When reaching out to our customer service team regarding your return, please provide detailed information about the nature of the problem. Additional information may be requested to understand better and resolve the issue efficiently.
4. Extended Support: Beyond the initial 2-day return period, our commitment to assisting you continues.
To initiate a dispute, please follow the instructions below. Before sending any returns back, our customer service team must approve them for proper processing.
1. Document the Delivery: In case of a claim, please do this:
If individual items are damaged or incorrect, photograph those as well. Your efforts in providing these proofs will help us in the resolution process.
*The resolution for defects on the first day will be based on the video proof, which includes camera testing and order packing.
2. Eligibility Criteria: The item must be complete and in its original packaging as when you received it. Also, It must include all tags/freebies and accessories originally included.
3. Allow us time to process and address the issues or arrange for repair. We kindly request your understanding and patience, as expedited resolution in this matter may not be feasible. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the progress.
